The Lodge has gas central heating and hot water on demand provided by a combi boiler.
LIVING & Dining area...
A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The lounge has a TV & Free Wifi as well as an electric log effect burner.
Notes...
No dogs are allowed in the lodge.
A separate, chargeable, laundry room at the rear of the main house has a washing machine which guests may use.

THE RECTORY LODGE TARIFF
Short breaks (minimum 2 nights) can be arranged out of the high season. Please ring for details and pricing
The prices are from £180 per night in low season up to £265 per night in the high season. This includes bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels, gas and electricity.

A £100 deposit is required for all bookings with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
All deposits are non-refundable and the full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation less than six weeks prior to arrival. Guests may wish to arrange insurance to cover them against cancellation.
THE LODGE CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 4PM AND 6PM & DEPARTURE BY 10AM.
