Terms & Conditions

The Old Rectory B&B requires a £50 Deposit on all bookings

The Old Rectory Self Catering Cottage requires a £100 Deposit on all bookings

£100 damage deposit is required with Cottage bookings. Refunded when the cottage is left clean and undamaged.

Payment is by Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card.

Deposits are non-refundable, the full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks (cottage)
or
1 week (B&B) prior to arrival date unless we can re-let the accommodation.
